What's with the dirty hands.................

What is this all over my hands????  any guess as to what this is

I was chatting with Ghazal the other say. I gave probably  butchered  the spelling  of her name. 

anyway she had some indigo dyeing. and was showing us a table runner she had made. 

hey I have  some indigo  that I dyed years ago. opened the bag and wow. hasn't  been washed and that diet on my hands is indigo dye. very potent stuff. 

having a blast at the retreat. I'm  in slow motion  mode. just working on borders. straight borders. mitered borders.  on my last quilt that needs a border then time to play
